Light, Stillness, and Craft: Clarksville, Austin
In one of Austin’s most architecturally revered neighborhoods, the Theresa Passive House stands as a serene expression of modern living—one where luxury, sustainability, and soul coexist.
As part of a nationally acclaimed home honored with an AIA National Design Award, this kitchen and bath project reflects LAVISH’s commitment to quiet innovation and timeless elegance. Every space is designed to restore, to inspire, and to feel like home in its highest form.

Sustainability in Every Detail
Crafted in Italy’s famed Veneto region and tailored in Austin, the cabinetry throughout this home is formed from sustainably sourced Italian White Oak, chosen for its understated warmth and refined grain. Paired with state-of-the-art Austrian hardware, these elements promise both enduring performance and enduring beauty—subtle in presence, yet powerful in impact.
This fusion of global craftsmanship and local sensibility elevates the project beyond design—it becomes a philosophy of living.
Sensory Design
with Purpose
In both kitchen and bath, the design invites presence
Sculptural tilework, porcelain countertops, and minimalist floating shelves create a sensorial canvas—quiet, clean, and grounded in natural rhythm. Integrated LED lighting softly reveals each texture and surface, bringing a sense of glow and depth to every corner.
Here, light and material speak in harmony. Every detail was chosen not just for how it looks, but for how it makes you feel.

A New Language of Living
This project isn't just a celebration of cabinetry—it’s a case study in restorative architecture. As a Passive House, the home meets the highest standards of energy efficiency while maintaining an inviting, indulgent atmosphere.
LAVISH’s work in this space contributes to a holistic vision of inner-city living—where elegance is effortless, sustainability is second nature, and every room feels like a breath of calm.
